My name is Emma Duffy, and I'm from County Meath but presently live in Dublin. I'm now in my third year of the Bachelor in Science Education at DCU, specialising in mathematics and physics. I have a passion for both STEM and education, and eager to share my love for science education with others.

Hi! I'm Eimear. I am a graduate of the BA programme from University College Cork. I am currently completing a Level 9 degree in the University of Galway to qualify as a post-primary teacher in Irish-Medium Education, teaching Mathematics and Irish.

Hi I am Katelyn! I am a final year student at the University of Limerick. I am studying my Bachelor of Science with concurrent Teacher Education (Physical Sciences). My Subject specialisms are Chemistry and Physics.

My name is Emer Thomas, I’m currently studying my Professional Masters in Education at Dublin City University. I amd aiming to become a science teacher specialising in Biology and Chemistry.

Hi, I’m Ellen! I am currently completing my final year of my Bachelor of Science with a concurrent Bachelor of Education at University College Cork. My specialism subjects are Biology and Science. I am very keen to expand my knowledge not only in my specialism subjects but also beyond these subjects.

My name is Dwayne Mc Caffrey, I have a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from University College Dublin. I am currently enrolled in a Professional Masters of Education in Dublin City University. My specialist subjects are Mathematics, and Physics.

My name is Doireann O'Brien. I am a Science Education student in Maynooth University. My interests include playing trad music, reading and nature. I hope to gain new experiences that will enrich and compliment my degree. And further enhance my teaching ability and my aspiration to encourage students to pursue STEM during school and beyond.

My name is Baneen and I am studying the BSc in Science Education at UCC. I love biology, using knowledge to solve the problems around me and explaining science to other people.

Hi, my name is Laura Fanning, I am currently an undergraduate in University College Cork, completing a BSc in Science Education. My Subject specialism is Biology.

My name is Mark Conway. I am currently studying Bachelor of Science with concurrent Teacher Education in the University of Limerick. My subject specialisms are Physical Sciences with Chemistry and Physics. 

My name is Rachael, and I am from Westmeath. I am currently in my third year of Chemistry and Biology teaching in the University of Limerick. I would like to use my STEM knowledge and apply it to a practical setting other than teaching to achieve a new skill set. I want to gain hands-on experiences and develop new knowledge from industry which would allow me to support and guide future learners in the direction of STEM careers.

Hi, I’m Padraig. I am from Kerry, and I am in my 3rd Year of studying for my Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Education at NUI Galway. My specialism subjects are Mathematics and Applied Mathematics.
