STInt Intern Role Description 

As a STInt Intern, you will rotate around to different business units where you will learn, develop new skills, and gain valuable on the job experience. You will have the chance to gain an understanding of Mastercard and financial Technology. We are looking for passionate and talented interns, who share our vision for developing scalable customer-centric products with agility and excellence. The Mastercard STInt Program is a comprehensive 10-week program where students will gain hands on real work-life skills while having fun and contributing to a global company. As an intern, you will be challenged with completing projects that will enhance your skills as well as contribute to the department’s goals and objectives.

Program Components:
– Business unit rotation
– Understanding financial technology
– Volunteer and team building experiences

As an Associate Product Specialist Intern, you may:
– Work with various product lines and technologies
– Engage with the business and engineering teams
– Contribute to inspiring product visions, derived from market and customer needs, and evolving technology trends

The ideal STInt intern will have the following skills and competencies:
– Outstanding record of academic achievement
– Strong oral and written communication skills
– Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PPT)
– High energy level; flexible, adaptive and strong collaborator
– Well planned, organized and structured to manage time and work effectively
