STEM Teacher Intern Role

What You’ll Do:

• Engage in Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside experienced professionals across various departments, gaining insights into different aspects of the manufacturing process.
• Quality at the Core: Inspect parts to ensure proper placement and adherence to specifications, keeping our standards high.
• Participate in Process Optimization: Engage in designing, documenting, and executing experiments and tests to optimize product and process performance.
• Assemble with Precision: Bring innovative systems to life using torque drivers and hardware, ensuring top-tier quality and performance.
• Champion Materials Management: Source and organize essential materials from flow racks and bins to meet project goals.
• Develop Inventory Expertise: Conduct physical inventory checks to maintain seamless operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Support Technical Problem-Solving: Assist in identifying root causes of process or operational issues and contribute to developing effective solutions.
• Create with Purpose: Prepare and assemble components with guidance from visual aids, turning designs into reality.
