Sorcha Dolan
Hi, my name is Sorcha Dolan! I am currently studying my Professional Masters of Education at Dublin City University, I have also completed a Bachelor degree in Microbiology from Trinity College Dublin. I’ve always had a general interest in science, specifically Biology and Mathematics.
I am applying for a STEM Teacher internship as a way to gain more industry experience and to develop and gain new skills. I will be able to pass knowledge gained through this programme onto senior cycle classes who are trying to decide what to do/study after they finish secondary school. I will also be able to gain new/ develop pre-existing transferable skills which I can use to aid the progression of my teaching career.
