My name is Miriam Curtin, I’m a final year student in University of Limerick studying Science Education. I first started with the Biology and Physics route, but have since changed over to Biology and Agricultural Science. I have a genuine love for Science, both inside and outside the classroom. I hope to gain experience and skills that can enhance my skills as a teacher.

I want to apply for this internship as it is an excellent opportunity for me to gain hands-on experience in industry. I am happy with becoming a teacher but I would love the chance to see what industry work life would be like. I believe that the experiences and skills I can gain from this internship will also make me a better teacher.
