Erica Leslie
Hi! My name is Erica. I recently finished a BSc in Physical Education and Biology in Dublin City University.
I wanted to try something new in a unique learning environment. I want to bring values I’ve learned back to the classroom so everyone can benefit from different skills.
My role as a summer intern at Boston Scientific was under the guidance of a manufacturing engineer and PTA. I was lucky enough to be able to participate in multiple tours of the plant which included laboratories, production units and research and development. I got to see how the products themselves as well as the machines that make them are built. Overall I learned a lot at Boston Scientific, and I think that I can bring all of the biology world back to the classroom to create a more understanding and open learning environment.
