It has been such an amazing experience and the benefits of the internship have enabled me to pursue opportunities that would not have been possible without it. I would recommend this programme to anyone considering it as the vast opportunities, skills, experience and benefits that it opens up to teachers.

At Ericsson our STEM interns worked on two main assignments: INFUSE and SW Engineering program. The INFUSE assignment was to redesign our HTML/CSS and Python courses to be delivered online, for schools. In doing so they learned the role of a SW Developer and how to code using HTML/CSS. The second project was to create a new SW application to be used for the on-boarding of Transition Year Students in 2021.
