STEM Teacher Intern Role
Duties:
• Work within service operations team which includes activities supporting connecting customers and scheduling connections through 3rd party providers.
• Picking up order related queries from retailers and working with stakeholders to find resolutions.
• This will require teamwork, clear communication and an appreciation of time-sensitivity. Many of these queries will be orders which have particular issues, or are supporting vulnerable members of the community, so task prioritisation and attention to detail is paramount.
• Other responsibilities will include workflow, billing, appointments and logistics.
