Hi, I’m Tara! I’ve recently completed my Professional Masters of Education in University College Cork. My specialisms are Biology and Science.
I believe it provides teachers with a unique opportunity to gain an insight into the science industry. With the science industry growing all over Ireland, I believe that having the ability to teach students how science is applied in the real world is very valuable. I am very lucky to already have industry experience which provides me with opportunities for unique discussions with students and an ability to provide examples of how the skills students are learning are highly valuable to life in industry. I welcome the opportunity to expand my current knowledge of industry and discover more about the application of science within our world.
