Hi, my name is Lorna and I am from County Wicklow. I have recently completed my degree in Dublin City University, studying to be a Physical Education and Biology Teacher. 

 I felt it was an amazing opportunity to expand and develop my knowledge and gain experience using STEM skills outside of the classroom.

During my internship with Accenture I was introduced to engineering and technology in a business setting. I learned a lot about coding and developing software. I will bring all of these new skills and knowledge of this industry back with me into the classroom, in the hope of encouraging students to look into these careers.
