Hi I’m Amy. I am currently completing my MSc in Mathematics and Science Education in University College Dublin. I am very interested in encouraging agency in the classroom and the role technology can have in achieving this. I have taken part in STInt before and was keen to come back again and explore a new area of STEM industry.

I was involved in the STEM teacher Internship last year and really enjoyed it. I am applying again because I would love to pick up more new skills and experience in a slightly different area of industry. I have used the skills I learned and resources I created last year in DIAS during my placement this year. It was also just a great experience to be able to talk about with my students.
