Amy Brohan
Hi, I’m Amy! I am currently in the 3rd year of my Bachelor of Education degree from Dublin City University. My subject specialism is Digital Technologies.
I feel that it is so important to influence children, particularly young girls in relation to STEM. Young girls need more role models within the STEM area. I have completed two out of three school placements in an all girls’ school setting and I have seen first-hand the positive influence that one teacher can have in relation to STEM. I would love to be part of this internship programme to inspire future generations of students that I will teach and to excite and inspire them in relation to STEM and careers within STEM.
